The 2021 les Preuses from the Dauvissat family is an absolutely exceptional version of this iconic Chablis bottling. The gorgeous nose soars from the glass in a mix of sweet grapefruit, lemon, apple, a complex base of chalky minerality, a touch of oyster shell, white lilies and vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is deep, pure and full-bodied, with an outstanding core of fruit, great mineral drive and focus, with seamless balance, zesty acids and a very long, complex and refined finish.
