Degorge: 2012
Radiant gold, very delicate mousse. The Jacques Selosse Millesime 2002 has fine mellow touch, a hint of nougat, candied orange zest, ripe peach fruit, with a subtle dash of honey. Juicy, very complex, nutty touch flanked by a richly elegant acidity structure, sweet fruit reverberation, mineral, very good persistence, citrus touch. A dependable food accompaniment.
