Appearance: Deep ruby-red colour with a dark, concentrated core.
Nose: Expressive and complex, revealing blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry, complemented by violets, black pepper, Mediterranean herbs, tapenade and subtle smoky notes.
Palate: Full-bodied and concentrated, with a powerful core of dark fruit balanced by freshness and impressive structural definition. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes grip and firmness, while Syrah, Mourvèdre and Counoise add spice, savoury complexity and Mediterranean character.
Tannins: Firm yet refined, providing excellent structure without overwhelming the fruit.
Finish: Long, persistent and savoury, with layers of dark fruit, herbs, olive and a distinctive mineral impression.
