The 1985 Lascombes is dressed in a medium garnet already heavily colored with rust on the edge, with scents of luscious red fruit intermingled with notes of roasted herbs, chocolate, smoke, and licorice on the nose and in the taste. It has a medium body, is soft and round, and has an exquisite personality.
