The 2018 Bourgogne Blanc is a very promising bottling in the making, bursting with aromas of citrus oil, fresh pear, white flowers and hazelnuts. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, with fine concentration, lively acids and a nicely defined finish.
