When to drink: 2010 to 2019
Black core. Not very expressive so the alcohol shows a little. Tangy and fresh and surprisigly juicy in the middle. Plenty of tannin but rounded if not yet resolved. Still has a good grip without any aggresion. Quite closed so the finish is more spice than fruit though there’s a kick of sweetness at the end. Long finish. Julia Harding MW
